Holiday Luncheon with the Jenkintown Highschool ChorusThe Jenkintown Highschool Chorus performed on 12/19 during the clubs Holiday Luncheon. The talented students performed a variety of holiday songs that included solos, duos and finished strong with the whole group! This concert has been a favorite tradition of many members over the years and will continue to be in the future. It was a perfect way to start the holidays!

We were excited to host our annual pancake breakfast at Center School again this year! It was a great event and we want to thank Center School for hosting us and providing student volunteers to assist with set up, serving breakfast, and the clean up!

Rotary Club Christmas Party 2022
Celebrating the holidays with friends is so important. Members and guests of the Rotary celebrated the Holiday Season at the home of the Fitzpatrick's. We thank the Fitzpatrick's for their hospitality and good will.
Rotary Year 2022-2023 at a glance
Rotary Club of Jenkintown in its first meeting of the new rotary year inducted Frank Offei as the newest member of the club. Welcome Frank! Robert A. MacFarland and Patrick J. Stanton received awards as outstanding rotarians for their service and commitment to rotary and years of dedicated service to our club. Congratulations, Patrick and Bob! Jenkintown Rotary club along with our young rotarian group NextGen Rotary Jenkintown participated in the July 4th Glenside parade witnessed by hundreds of people from the area.
Winter Coat Drive Drop Off at the Salvation Army
The winter time brings hardships to so many families. Members of the Rotary Club of Jenkintown collected more than 100 much needed winter coats for children and adults. These coats were donated to the Salvation Army in early 2022. Thank you to our community for all the donations.

Two checks were presented to Executive Director Lino Ellis from the President Mathew for $2,000 in December 2001. Donation was funded by Rotary Club of Jenkintown and the Gundaker Foundation.

2021 Rotary Grant Presentation
A highlight every year at Jenkintown Rotary Club is the presentation of grants to local charities and non-profit organizations. On Tuesday October 29th, the Rotary Club distributed $12,000 in grants. The money was raised by the club’s 51 members at events such as their Annual Pancake Breakfast, Raffles, and Citrus Sales. Grant Committee Chair John DiBenedetto, Treasurer Craig Pollen and Committee Member Chris Heaven presented the checks to representatives of 20 local organizations as well as Rotary International's Rotaplast and PolioPlus initiatives. DiBenedetto told the recipients, "We appreciate your support for our events and fund raisers. It is my pleasure to be able to give you these grants. We look forward to a continuing partnership with each of your organizations.”
