Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders that make up 34,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries. We are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. Together, Rotarians provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. Our members volunteer in communities at home and abroad to support education and job training, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, and eradicate polio.
The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings.
