​Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders that make up 34,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries. We are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. Together, Rotarians provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. Our members volunteer in communities at home and abroad to support education and job training, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, and eradicate polio.
The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings.

Promoting Peace

Rotary helps to create environments where peace can grow. With over 70 million people are displaced as a result of conflict, violent and human rights violations, Rotary jumps into action by completing service projects and supporting peace fellowships.

Fighting Disease

Rotary members combat diseases such as HIV/AIDs, malaria, Alzheimers, multiple sclerosis, polio and diabetes. We believe that good health care is everyone's right!

Providing Clean Water

Clean water, sanitation and hygiene education are basic necessities for a healthy environment and productive life. Rotary helps with making school healthier and providing water to communities
​across the globe. 

Supporting Education

17% of the world's adult population is illiterate. Rotary helps with training, hosting literacy programs, mentoring students, educating refugees and providing scholarships.

Saving Mothers and Children

Millions of children die each year from malnutrition, inadequate healthcare and poor sanitation. Rotary helps by providing telemedicine, life saving hospital equipment, and educating mothers for the first year of motherhood.

Growing Local Economies

Our members work to strength local entrepreneurs and community leaders, particularly woman, in impoverished communities. We work alongside organizations that need the additional support from Rotary. 

Protecting the Environment

Rotary focuses efforts to conservation and protection of natural resources and fostering harmony between communities and environments. Projects are geared towards climate change and saving habitats.
